Enriched with work experience of more than ten years in the field of people management and operations, Brijesh has helped streamline the offshore and agency business. His key responsibilities include the smooth functioning of the 80+ member team, defining the working process of projects, ensuring time bound delivery of work.

He is also responsible for leading, mentoring and monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of individual and group targets. He regularly conducts training sessions and in house forums to boost the technical and soft skills of the team.

In his previous organization, Brijesh structured the entire setup handling BFSI, Retail, FMCG, Telecom, and Construction & Infrastructure verticals. He managed the entire branch which included a set of Assistant Managers, Business Development Managers and Branch Accountants. Brijesh’s primary responsibilities included creating and sustaining long term strategic relationships with assigned corporates, developing business plans and designing strategies, identifying new business opportunities and retention of existing clients. Owing to his vast experience and knowledge, Brijesh has become one of the most important figures of Communicate 2, ensuring that day to day operations supervised by him only get better.
